Default Wanted, 1991 air horn/oem cold air box, air filter box assembly.

Wanted, 1991 air horn/oem cold air box, air filter box assembly.

I am looking for a stock ZR-1 cold air box/filter assemble for my 1991 Z.
Recent purchase, present parts are warped and non-functional.

Any one want a K&N air filter?

Dan

If the neck of the housing is split along the seams, that can be repaired with a strong plastic epoxy from your local parts store. You'll need some strong clams to ensure a tight seal.

I am going to revert back to the OEM paper filters. So they should fit ok, but I will look it over carefully.

Just be careful working with clams, if their shells "clamp" on to your finger...

I love that Apple autocorrect. West coast technical expertise!

Jeff from Bartlett stopped by and helped me out with my Airbox problem.
I have an aftermarket airbox with the wrong fasteners.
After a trip to ACE Hardware, all is well and working like it should.
Thank you for the support.
