I'd love to have that engine as a spare.

Fair price for that would be about 3-4k. I just bought a 91 on here with 29,000 miles. It had a NOS front bumper cover, nos rear bumper cover, and NOS rear surround. The rear surround was so poorly attached that I removed it with zero damage. I paid 5600. It also came with a clean title.

The idea of a spare engine is nice. I have two now. Storing them, plus the actual reality of ever needing one however, doesn't justify buying a spare. You're better off investing in some of the hard to find "may need" electrical parts.

Parting one of these out is a full time job and takes up a lot of shop space.
