Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
Huh, I'm not sure what to make of this./
I'm intrigued with the engineering but wondering who/why? Is this a GM export prototype or someone with amazing talent, too much time and lots of money? Someone in OZ would be thrilled to own this!

Some countries will not let you import a LHD automobile.

Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
Super clean car...I don't know .I don't think I can ever get used to driving on the left side of the road if I go abroad....There would be that one time late at night where I'm tired and the next thing I see are two headlights coming at me...Yikes !!!

Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
Oh those silly Aussies!! Well, someone spent a huge chunk of money back in the day to do this. I had no idea they drove left handed down under......See you learn something new everyday. Very clean Beast anyway.

Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
Australia drives in the left lane, as does the UK, Jamaica and most British colonies. Driving in Jamaica is crazy! I saw a motorcyclist slide underneath a bus on a roundabout, pick his bike up and continue on. He managed to avoid the bus tires.

Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
Most likely came from AUS but how it made its way to the U.S. who knows. There's a few right hand Zs over there. Didn't read the text, what's the price? They should no problem selling it,someone will buy it and but it in a museum. As far as I know GM never made any Corvette right hand drive.

Re: Right Hand Drive ZR-1!
The Australians do a wonderful job of converting cars to right-hand drive. Definately not the only one in the world, but maybe the only one here in the US. This would be a great car for someone in a right-hand drive country.
Here's a photo of John Magyar's old 1991 ZR-1 from the ZR-1 Net Registry Gallery. He has since sold it and had his C6 ZR-1 converted to right-hand drive. Regards, Mark
