The SB4 should be a decent engine, the QC4V has been out for a while now and it has done well at double the power. The QC4V is BBC based and the SB4 is GEN3/4 SBC based.

I remember when SDPC was selling the service LT5 engines for US$21,999 in the back of the performance mags in the late 90's.
