The LT5 engine back in the day was $30k, so I don't think their price is that bad honestly.

Add tax , shipping , tune with updated hardware, custom headers & exhaust. Then a clutch, transmission & axle shafts to handle the increased power. That is a dry sump oiling system on that engine so add plumbing. Might as well throw in a minimum 4 point cage because she'll be twisting the night away.

It's also missing brackets, alt, A/C etc. However, none of that would be an issue for GM to throw together. However does GM Powertrain still have an NIH attitude as they did w the LT-5? |
