The local paper says Mohegan Sun expects
60000 people to attend the Barrett Jackson auction next week! Tickets have been sold out for quite a while now. They're all coming to see the ZR-1!!! 😄 |

Pretty much the same as the US side 'cept they
speak French and their money's more colorful... So much for the "Cold Cruel North", it was 93 degrees here today! |

Re: Barrett-Jackson Mohegan Sun ZR-1/LT5
I watched lot 337 - a red on gray '90 with 24K miles in average-appearing condition - sell for $24,750. (This is including the 10% commission...actual hammer price was $22,500) Shockingly high money for that car, but hopefully this is some good news for ZR-1 values.

Re: Barrett-Jackson Mohegan Sun ZR-1/LT5
"No Sale" on the 1955 Nomad with the LT5 - as it did not meet reserve.
Lot 317 was a 1985 Stock Corvette - Black/Black. 350 L98 engine with 230 HP. 14K miles. Sold for $12.7 K. This is about 1/2 what Lot 337 (90 ZR-1) sold for. And roughly aligns with base Vettes originally selling for 1/2 the cost of a ZR-1. So, there seems to be a little consistency. But, both prices still seem strong. |
