I went and looked at this car today. It is nice, but not as pristine as I was looking for. Would make a nice driver, though. The exterior was perfect, including wheels. Interior was almost perfect, couple of minor spots of wear on the driver's seat, nothing big. Engine was not what I had expected for a 14K mile car, and seemed out of place with the rest of the car.

Overall, a good experience. The salesman, Nathan, was incredibly nice and understanding of what I was seeking. Hopefully he'll get some leads on the pristine car I'm looking for.

a couple of these cars surfaced in the last couple/ few days. ProTeam, Corvette Mikes & a couple on our main for sale Registry site. mine just turned over 14000 miles so i find your comments interesting about ProTeam's. strange how these showed up all at once though. Ressler in Montana has had his for sale for a little while as well. see what happen's i guess. i've got mine, so i'm just watching

The Ruby Zee Corvette Mike has is the same one that was on eBay a few weeks back. I was in HI last week and it is listed in the paper for sale @ $35,000, whereas Corvette Mike has it listed for $47,000.

There was also another ZR-1 listed for sale in the Honolulu classified, 1990 Lingenfelter. Ad didn't elaborate.

I'm also considering the one at Mike's. But you said Honolulu? Is the car in Chicago at Corvette Mikes, or in Hawaii? $35k, huh? The one I see listed at Corvette Mikes has 7K miles and is listed at $54,990.

I'm confused. Why don't you just sell me yours

<Edit> Nevermind. I see there's one in HI on the registry listings. It is modified and listed for 35K. There is another one at Mike's which is all original, 7K mi.

Here's the link for the one in Pearl City, HI, #099, that was listed on eBay. It has a Jeal 368. It was listed in the Honolulu classified ads for $35,000 last week. I brought the ad home with me.

The one in Corvette Mike's Chicago showroom, #411 is also listed here on the ZR-1NetRegistry. Bud's had this one for sale in 2002 with 5,495 miles at that time. I don't know if it ever sold while @ Bud's.
