Default 95 ZR-1 F/S

Anybody know who's car this is? 95 ZR-1 in Vegas but Illinois plates. $25K/49K mi.

those plates are quite old and my guess it just thrown on there for the pics.. (Edit, notice no sticker on the plates)

Our new design cam in 2001 so those at the newest are from 2000

but I don't recognize the plate or car

Is that not a very fair price, esp. for a 1995? Is it the mileage that is pulling the price now? In all honsesty I would rather have a car that has had a couple/few thousand miles put on every year, rather than a car that has sat for 20 years with only 1000 miles on it. Of course assuming condition is similar and provided that I will NOT be buying an LT5 car to sit. If in my garage, it will receive regular rides to 7000rpm, as it was designed to do.

It is a very nice car. I talked to the owner the other day as it's one of the ZR-1's I'm looking at.
