How easy are these to change out? Is this one in perfect working order? Mine works mostly, but occasionally some of the buttons don't respond. I thought maybe I could take mine apart and clean out 23+ years of crud from the switches, but for $125, maybe not worth the hassle.

To swap you need to:
remove console bezel Remove, radio bezel and center vent then remove controller To my knowledge this one works with no issues last time I used it to verify the controller was not the issue I just cannot use it in my C60 car

If you still have this, I'll take it. After a long road trip with various buttons not working intermittently, and a100 degree ambient temp, I am ready to switch it out!
