Might be cheaper too in the long run . just tell him you want the 409.9 hp tune . tease him and tell him you want a full 410
I have all of the above except headers and the car made 355 @the wheels. (320/320 stock) I have been in contact with Corey about a few things, I think I should inquire about that specific tune as well. 409.9 is a great number. How much do you think the Fidanza is worth? Maybe 10-15? Thanks Jon.

on the fidenza i would gues 5 to 10 . if your calling corey he would know better than me . the cool thing is how fast it revs up . takeing 35 lbs of the end of the crank really changes stuff . the 410 are cool to but ya gotta watch first gear you can blow the tires off real easy.

I wish that you still had the 3.45's. Then I could get your opinion on launching as well as overall drivability with the Fidanza. Everytime I start leaning towards it I read where someone says it's the worst thing they've ever done. They say it's tough taking off easy without revving it up and launching also becomes more difficult, nevermind the noise. Granted, the guys that dislike it are usually driving an LT1 or LT4. I'm not sure how different it would be with an LT5. I don't imagine much.

oh i should have told you that I put the fidanza in 11/2 years ago . i put 25 k miles on the car with 3.45s in it.The key i feel is making sure you use a sprung disc ( one with springs ) I could start the car moving from a stop with out using the gas unless I popped the clutch. I also love the ceramic disc. to me the best set up would be 3.73 gears if you go beyond headers and ex. when the porting gets done 1st gear is a joke you can't keep from blowing the tires off the car. others may not like the aluminum flywheel but to me that is one of the first things i would do. the car really revs so much faster. It also has to be easier on the bearings with out that 45lb flywheel on the end of the crank hope that helps

unforunatly that pretty red car isn't mine. but the reason behind it is 2 fold . 1 less heat into the interior of the car and 2 ,by keeping the heat in the pipe helps keep the exhaust moving faster. from what I understand heat kept in helps the velosity. hope that helps others more than likely know a bunch more about this than I.hope that helps

Cause Hib did his that way...! Actually Jon's description above is the reason. There's an article on CAC about how Hib did his exhaust and this all made sense to me. It is the one on Quiet HP.

You're welcome.
John
