Default Interesting Engines

My wife and I went to Santa Fe NM last week and visited the Unser Racing Museum in Albuquerque. Very interesting piece of racing history. In the disply they had about 8-10 different racing engines, interesting similarities to the LT5.

I am probably wrong, but, didn't they develope some Northstar engines for Indy? There is just some vague memory in the cobwebs of my mind that recall something like that.

John,

I think u are referring to the Olds variant of the N* motor.
I think that another great motor to be enjoyed like the LT5
is the 3 and 3.2L SHO V6. I owned several of these cars and they were great IMO. They needed a 6 speed trans however. Silky smooth motor.
