new member needs help
Recently purchased my first ZR-1 (90 black w/ red int.) after several other Vettes over the years and need some advice on dash and DIC buttons.
With paperclip I am getting C 13 & H 13 code from CCM but cannot clear because my DIC buttons do not work at all. All fuses look good. No other codes but need help as to should I pull dash apart or?? Also my cluster numbers for mileage seem to be fading as like an old LED watch, is there any one fixing these as I have seen this before on 90 and newer clusters. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, Gene |

Gene, the buttons on the DIC units will typically go bad. Most of the time, they just fall out. I imagine there is a problem with the circuit board and if you are handy, you could probably fix it. Otherwise keep your eyes open for a used one on eBay. Gm might still have them. The other option is to contact Jason @ Vette2Vette salvage yard. 815.673.6200
