If memory serves I think it was determined that the GM factory stuff was in fact Havoline 5w30. It's what I have been using for the past 14yrs in the ZF6. Oh not days with lots of shifting I do notice it gets a bit harder to get into 3rd. I just pay closer attention and make sure it's a positive engagement before the clutch peddle comes back. I only have enough for one more fill now. Don't know if the regular Havoline 5w30 is even made anymore.
