Re: New owner in Sweden
Congratulations! Must be hard to find in Sweden. Absolutely stock I imagine with all the regulations there.
I'm still looking for mine, but hope to be 'joining the club' very soon! Dave |

Re: New owner in Sweden
I used to talk to some guys from Sweden when i was involved in drag racing several years ago. The stuff they told me about the car inspections and how you couldn't bolt on a single non-OEM part were frightening!
Have they got any more relaxed since? Dave |

Re: New owner in Sweden
Well, it's not all that bad. They have ideas 'bout colour of turn signals, exhaust CO content and a lot of safety stuff. Apart from that they tend to leave you alone. Enginge mods, after market exhaust and wheels, lowering the car etc usually is ok:d.
What bothers me most are the restrictive speed limits - 78 mph max. That sucks! (although it may save some lives, I agree) And they have this irritating urge to require the reg.sign up front of the car, not down on the spoiler. Peter |
