I watched that one, too, and as the bids kept coming in I thought of GC.
I'm not 100% sure but think Daryll is running those louvers on his ride. Maybe he felt the need for a spare - he's got at least one of everything else stashed away! |

Nope I didnt buy them but I was watching as well. Yes its true I am running the same rear louvers which can only be pullled off IMHO with either a White or a very dark car. I love em it was the "look" I was looking for or very late 80s early 90s. That being said mine are slightly different they were NOS in a GM box and obviously made by Cragar for Chevrolet. The only difference is mine while they have the space for the Cragar logo badges they were not in the box. Date of Manf stamped on the underside is 1984

I wanted it myself, but once it went past $300 it was out of my "realistic" range. I imagined they cost new around there so someone made a good profit on it. You have a collector piece on your Z. Keep in mind with these NOS sets the White foam sticky tape has crumbled to dust. However the 3M Tufflock velcro works better any way.  If you find a loose set I have the directions scanned already. There is another brand out there that the side panels louver slots are vertical. I Like the look of the Cragars as they remind me of all my early Camaro days. The look is classic but not for everybody. I least I dont have to worry about these getting stolen like what happened in my Driveway on my 74 Camaro in the mid 80s
