Well this is good news for the time being.
Funny how the worry is all about the dispensing equipment as the majority concern. But it does seem that the waiver to as far back as the 2001 MY does show some concern for the users. This is a good sign. But I still wish we could have the option to buy no E gas for our Z's. I still have not had a reason to get by the gas station in Elkhorn WI that is listed as having straight no E10 gas yet. But I have a feeling that it will be E10 after all. I think the listing on the Pure Gas site my be old long ago news. Probably just have to change out the injectors some day when the E10 melts the old ones apart and they leak.
