Re: I drove Robs beast today.
the power key has an off switch? and yes these cars heat sink very badly, the colder denser air you can get in the better.

Re: I drove Robs beast today.
Rick, what type of Dyno does Corey have?
Dynopacks show higher then DynoJets by about 10% Mustang Dynos show about 10% less. So when somebody posts or claims Dyno #'s always ask what dyno. Rick, ask your friend to put it on a DynoJet. I think your friends Z will make around 355+- on a DynoJet sorry to burst his bubble. Dyno's are tuning devices. So lets not get caught up with the dyno #'s I see too many people at the track get disappointed from there cars the shop told them some big dyno #'s but MPH told another story. MPH speaks louder then any Dyno. Pete

Re: I drove Robs beast today.
Don't forget that dyno numbers can be tweaked by unscrupulous people as well. You can get much higher than actual numbers if you want to play with the dyno

Re: I drove Robs beast today.
Here's what i would suggest.
Dyno both cars same day, same dyno or track both cars same day, same driver (check MPH). I had a bad experience with a dynojet that i would always use after they moved there shop to another location at the same time i installed cams and it showed me that i lost power over stock cams and i pulled the motor 3 times changing cams that was fun,i took the car to 2 different tracks MPH showed it was making power, i figure there was an issue with there dyno. I always take my Z to 2 different dynos (DynoJet) and 3 different tracks just to make sure. Pete

Re: I drove Robs beast today.
I don't know who corey is, I am just saying it is possible. I didn't accuse him, nor would I. I have seen shops that have done this, but was again, not accusing anyone.
