Default New injectors installed and now it is slow to start.

The car runs much better now, but is much slower to start. It takes like 1-3 seconds more of the starter turning that it did before. I've always heard ZR-1's were like that, but this is a new change my car didn't do before.

If I had a leaky injector would that cause it to fire sooner? Now it has 16 brand new injectors and it runs fine, but the start time increased? Seems weird to me.

My ZR (has new injectors) takes couple seconds to start... my C6 tends to start much quicker..like a second. I just think it is the nature of the beast to start a bit slower

I will have to check and see exactly how long it takes. It seems to take about 3-4 seconds if I remember correct.

The start time is dependent upon getting the signal from crank and the camshaft sensor. Sometimes it is quick, other times it will take a couple of rotations.
