Dash harnesses are very specific, there are a few options & a 1994 is different from a 1995, also with or without DRL, USA or CDN too.
A new dash harness for a 1995 had a GM list price of $1548.75 6 years ago. Based on the most common, a 1995 USA Spec C68 A/C controlled, which they all were, is available for about $1300.00 new. Good luck in finding a used one, that's almost non existant, what is wrong with your current harness? |

I'd guess it had an aftermarket alarm or stereo or both that has fubared things beyond repair.
