GM Hydraulic Clutch Fluid
Does anyone know if this fluid is hydroscopic?
On the bottle it says 1#12345347. |

Re: GM Hydraulic Clutch Fluid
Yun, I think the GM stuff does absorb water? ...I am not 100% positive though.
Bill has since found a suitable alternative fluid. It's posted up on his site. A while back his opinion was to stick with the GM clutch fluid to not have the squeaking. I don't know if there were any other reasons he said to stay with the GM stuff. Tom

Why do I even have the stuff in the shop? Well, I have some left over from track events years ago and I hate to waste anything.

Thanks for the input.
I guess better to throw away than taking chance. |
