Default Rebate Scams

I am no fan of Sen. Schumer, but when he is right, he is right.

I have had problem getting rebates even when I have sent everything in properly, and on time. I always try to keep a copy of anything I send them in case they try to pull the scam.

Default Re: Rebate Scams

I'm sure the process will get much more streamlined once the government gets involved.

No doubt rebates suck, that's why I generally ignore them when shopping. I figure if I get the money, great, but I don't expect to. So I never buy anything specifically due to a rebate.
