Mouse problems - ignition wires

I had a mouse in the engine compartment. My formerly red ignition wires are now almost completely white. The car is going in for service. I have not ever had the plenum pulled but am going to have it done this time and have a good look over for other problems.

Where can I best get replacement ignition wires?

I also need the upper plenum gasket set. Is that available from anywhere?
