Marc!
Another post to praise Marc Haibeck.
At the BG gathering I mentioned to Marc that I was going to have to add CATs to my ZR-1 and ask what affect this would have on the chip he tuned for me. He told me to send it back and he would re-tune it for $50. I sent it this past Saturday and Marc had it back to me today (Friday)!

Also I went with Jeffvette's recommendation to use the Magnaflow #59959 3" ID Metallic Catalytic Converters.
The exhaust tone is now just a bit less high pitch at the shift points and at cruise its almost as quite as OEM.
