Request Member Input/Help, Sticky on Shops that Repair LT5 Components by Mail
I have started a sticky with a list of people/shops who repair/rebuild/reman LT5 components, especially those which are rare or even obsolete, such as the A/C compressor. As of current, this info is either scattered and buried throughout the Forum, Facebook, or in the private 'Roledexes' of various members.
I would graciously appreciate members comment on additions and suggestions: List of Shops that Repair/Rebuild/Reman Rare LT5 Components via Mail

Shout out to Steve (Member We Gone) for helping out with the list.
All the shops marked in Orange are unknown at this time. Would someone please volunteer to contact those shops and see if they still work on the C4 ZR-1/LT5? Sticky is here: https://zr1.net/forum/showthread.php?t=28634

Re: Request Member Input/Help, Sticky on Shops that Repair LT5 Components by Mail
Hello Zack,
This is not LT5 or ZR-1 specific, but Bree Miller repairs or replaces the PKE key fobs. She is not fast but is the designer for GM for these and only accepts USPS money orders for payment. These prices we?re from 2023. From Bree: I can repair the old style cores for $90 each... but not the one demolished old style case. I do have one used good condition old style case that has my screw mod. I would sell that case for $50. These older style cases are rare and no replacements exist. As for the other case possible to do a screw replacement mod for $35. So your looking at $90+optional $50 for one repair and mod case, plus $90+optional $35 for case screw mod contingent on case not being too brittle, hands on eval will tell me that. Then shipping for the two fobs $15 priority insured. One other option is just to buy new. The new style OEM with two screws in back I designed for GM. No snap latch to break, 100% repairable, more robust, not brittle etc.. $145 each plus $15 Insured shipping priority. Lead time 4 weeks. Prepay via USPS money order purchased from a US Post office only, no other type MO or checks. I do not take PayPal etc... Same for repair payment. I do currently offer $10 per fob discount for trade in of old style fobs. Let me know how you wish to proceed. Bree Miller 1116 Winterberry LN Knoxville TN 37932 Email: c4fob@yahoo.com

I can work on the orange listings. Might be a week before I can get to it.
