A question about replacement rubber vacuum hoses (to cruise solenoid)
I noticed that one of my cruise control vacuum hoses (the vacuum side going to the vacuum tank), is starting to show some age. The last time I took my car out, the cruise control would not work and this is probably a good place to start.
The originals were GM hoses with GM markings on them. I am going to make the assumption that there is no such thing as far as GM labeled rubber hoses as far as replacements and that the closest thing available will be what the local auto parts store has available. Is this the correct assumption??? Thank you in advance for any answers! Last edited by Meanmyz; 10-26-2020 at 07:17 PM. Reason: clarity and length |

Re: A question about replacement rubber vacuum hoses (to cruise solenoid)
I would certainly check with Jerry (Jerry's Gaskets) and Marc H to see what the best sources for hoses are. Maybe Jerry carries them. --Bob

Thanks. Regardless if Jerry does or doesn't have them, I should have checked there before posting. I will check it out!
Thanks! |
