If you do replace anything do wires and stick with the stock GM wires nothing will come close for $50.

Obvious someone has "lotso cash throw around syndrome"

I have the cure.
Call me.

Here's what i would do under the plenum.
in this order

1: yank secondaries
2: yank SECONDARIES
3: YANK secondaries
4: YANK SECONDARIES
5: take out the secondaries
6: TAKE the freaking sacondaries out
7: change the rest of the stuff if it needs

Pete

I'd leave the stock coils in there if everything is working as it should now. Once you get through your first (or second!) plenum pull, you'll see how really easy it is, and if you have a coil pack failure in the future, your plenum pull learning curve is not an issue.

As for the injectors...its only a matter of time...

I would do the injectors just to save yourself the headache of having to pull the plenum agian. THat day WILL come if you stil have the Multecs in there .

Hello, Pete!

I gather you're referring to the secondary throttle plates?? That requires a chip change (to switch on the secondary injectors), no? I imagine the secondary injector relays can be "hard wired" too, in a pinch and willing to compromise, yes?

Lemmeno, cuz I'm one of about four newbies on the board about to go plenum diving and I don't want to have to do it again for a good while, if I can. And, if you think pulling the secondary throttle plates is a good I-dear...I just might (to simplify things!)

P.

PS.
Got a chance to air out my Z this afternoon. Boy, what a nice cold aire day will do to the Z...What a BEAST!!
