Re: Question: Whats your Daily Driver and why?
A 2009 Mazda 5 with 100K on it, spacious and reliable, but like me, it's starting to show its real age. Also a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT with only 30K on it. Also reliable but limited interior space. The ZR-1 is used only as a fair weather friend and she has antique tags on her rear end.

A 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 with 313k. Get's 13-14 mpg city and 17 mpg highway.
My secondary/work truck is a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 V10 with a flat bed I built and 94k. Get's 10 mpg or less everywhere. |

Re: Question: Whats your Daily Driver and why?
My daily is Old Blue...a 2006 Honda Civic. Why? Besides from the reliability and being simple to work on, I bought it brand new in 2005. It had 20 miles on it, and I had never owned THAT new of a car. I wrote the dealer a check in full and drove it off the lot. Old Blue now has 170,000 and is pretty much like my Z, she has been downright bulletproof....

Re: Question: Whats your Daily Driver and why?
We've always had some quick cars in our household.
My current DD is a 2009 Audi R8 V8. 120 mile round trip commute every day, may as well enjoy it. Wife has a relatively rare 2006 Audi A3, 3.2 V6, Quattro, think go-cart with a hatch. 2003 Suburban for hauling/towing/plowing. ZR-1 for fun.

Re: Question: Whats your Daily Driver and why?
2007 Toyota Tundra single cab short bed. Because you always need a pick-up in the family and the Z has collector car insurance which doesn't cover commuting to work.
