Very early ignition module.
Can someone verify if the early ignition modules are the same as the production units. I seem to remember a post somewhere that they were different. I have one I would like to keep as a spare but need to know if it will work on a 94. The info on the module is
Motorola - Engineering Sample Motorola LT5 DVIII Part no. KD08169-07DA-CAL10-BA Serial no. LT5-004-6380 Date 11-FEB-88 |

Re: Very early ignition module.
Don't know about pre production, but early production modules required a shim under the crank sensor to work right. Interesting Motorola made that one.
