Hi guys I`ve got a question and hope to find some help here in the forum. I´m looking for parts to enlarge my LT5 to 427 cui. I asked Pete and he can regrind a set of stock cams for this engine modification. He told me that he would prefer a 4.00" stroke and 4.125" bore for this engine size with closed deck sleeves. so my question is: where can I buy the needed parts (crankshaft, rods, pistons, cylinder head gaskets and sleeves). I think some of you did this mod in the past, what would be the costs for the parts?

you will need injectors as well. Have u considered just shipping the motor to the States?

Yes, injectors as well, at the moment the engine is a modified 350 with fully ported heads, inj.-housings and plenum, no more secondaries, headers, stage 1 cams and 21 lbs FI prim. / 24 lbs FI sec.

I don`t want to send the engine to the States, I´ll build up the engine by my self.

This endurance series block also has full water jackets.
Integrated a standard GM bell housing so it can bolt up to
most popular GM transmissions. Accepts a standard SBC
crankshaft. Oiling changed to priority main. SBC motor
mounts. Cross bolted main caps instead of two piece split
crankcase. Accepts ZR1 heads and timing components.
Can be driven on the street or road raced.

Big money up front but in the end a better combination for less money.

WTH? When did that drop? I'm familiar with LSM, but didn't know they'd done that. Wonder if they bought the program and rights from Nelson.

That is pretty trick for sure. At least $10k to play I bet.

On further review, that's got to be the Nelson design. I recall they converted the crankshaft to SBC and redesigned the oil flow to priority main. Nonetheless, it's too cool

Closed deck LT5 block & a good stroker crank alone is north of 10k .

Oh I bet that billet block alone is $10-$14k. Just a swag.
I wouldn't have changed the oiling design, personally. But if I win that Mega Millions tonight, I'll have one
