Default Injector Duty Cycle > 100%?

Did some data logging over the weekend with TunerProRT and Jeff's adx.
When I floor it and rpms go over 4,000 rpm, Injector BPW values run around 21ms.
When I calculate injector duty cycle with rpm above 5750 and 21ms BPW I get values above 100%. What am I doing wrong?

I am using this formula: Injector BPW (ms)/(1000*60*2/RPM)*100 which gives me similar values (>100%) as the calculators I find on the web.

Maybe BPW is not the same as PW?
I attached my log file if someone has a few minutes to explain what is going on.

Car is all stock, newer injectors of unknown spec. Using Marc's
AYBKG5 chip with full-time secondaries.

Thanks,
Roger
