Merchandise we sell to members
The ZR-1 Gathering
The Registry presence at Corvettes at Carlisle
Our logo and branding (Some of which has to be registered with GM)
The banners we display

All of which reminds me--I re-upped in November but I don't recall ever getting my 2017 renewal package with a T Shirt, badge etc. Is my mind failing in my dottering old age and have I forgotten, or are they yet to be sent out? --Bob

Bob,

The shirts were just received this past week. Was awaiting on other materials as well. I believe I have everything to begin putting packages together but I will be going out of town next week, so probably not going to be assembling things till the 15th or so. I will alert the members as I send out packages. Its a bit of a cumbersome project.

Thanks for the heads up on the renewal packages. Just curious. And I wanted to make sure my (probably impending) dementia hasn't begun setting in....Bob

The Mountain Run is a ZR-1 Net Registry hosted event that does not cost the Registry anything and allows us to show off the ZR-1 to many other Corvette owners.

Highlighting the ZR-1/LT5 as well as other-generation ZR1's has been a part of most of the Corvettes At Carlisle events that I have been to. We, The Registry, are proficient at making a good impression on the Corvette Community as a whole. The ZR-1 Net Registry member participation at Carlisle has been #1 or #2 for three years in a row, and we have been recognized with awards to show it.

Events like WAZOO Maintenance Days, FBI Drag racing, the South Texas BBQ, and local cruise-ins are other excellent opportunities for Registry members to show the rest of the Corvette Community what the ZR-1 is about, without any cost or change to the ZR-1 Net Registry.
In actuality Jim the Mountain Run has nothing to do with the ZR-1 Net or Grand Sport Registry. Five years ago I thought how can I drive through the Smokey mountains without taking an additional two days off of work as I live 600+ miles away. I thought to myself why not do it before the C4 Gathering. I talked with George Jones and we started to plan the entire event.
Now with that being said, The ZR-1 and Grand Sport members do support the Mountain Run.
