You may be right (about the younger generation), but that hasn't been the reaction I've noticed at car shows I've attended. It's the younger crowd that spies the Z - the LT5 in particular and reacts with excitement (and stopping to take pictures and call friends over to see it).

The new breed of car nuts seem to be much better versed on DOHC and electronic FI than the older muscle car crowd. At least that's been my impression.

Have to agree w Paul. The oldies walk around the car, look at the motor and just walk away sometimes shaking their heads. They don't get it. There's no carburetor or distributor.
