Default Ultra High Performance Green Catalytic Converters

For those in need appears Kooks has some nice looking high performance cats that might be worth checking into. They claim they meet all EPA federal emissions standards.

I figure anything you do is illegal in Cali so no reason to spend 8 or 9 bills on expensive 3" aftermarket cats when you can get LS7 Z06 manifolds and cat pipes for $400 used. 3" oem cats from a 500-638hp C6... yes please.

Wondering if a GM truck/ZR1 or? Cat welded on these manifolds might just do the trick?
