May 30 Dad's Classic Car Show

Dad's Classic Car Show is all about celebrating Dad's. What better way than with burgers and American Muscle?! We will have the following classes" Pre50's, 60's, 70's, Classic Truck, Sport Compact, Street Rod, Rat Rod, Special Entry. We will be giving plagues to the winners of each class, plus Best in Show and Dad's Choice. There is no charge to register your car. The only requirement is to bring a non-perishable food item and one item from the list from Tucson Area Marine Moms (TAMMS). Thousands of original and restored Corvettes, Porsches, Street Rods, Volkswagens and pre-1985 Classic Cars will be on display and for sale. 5am to 2pm, rain or shine, we swap. Jason Nelson was the victim of a natural gas explosion in February 2014, through no fault of his own. He was severely burned over 80% of his body. He has had over 22+ surgeries. He is now going through extensive rehabilitation on his way to recovery. 100% of all the funds from this event will go directly to his family

NASA Arizona strives to deliver the highest quality club level motorsports events to enthusiasts in the state of Arizona. Our region is only one out of 15 regions covering nearly every track in America! NASA is the largest National organization with a “tiered driving system” that allows enthusiasts of any skill level a place to drive their car on track regardless if they are a 1st time novice, a veteran racer or somewhere in between.
NASA Arizona frequents all three road courses at Firebird International Raceway (FIR) in Chandler, INDE Motorsports Ranch in Willcox, Arizona Motorsports Park (AMP) in Litchfield Park as well as Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in Desert Center, CA. We also have occassional ”crossover events” with other NASA regions at great tracks such as AutoClub Speedway (formeraly “Cal Speedway”), Willow Springs, Miller Motorsports Park and Buttonwillow just to name a few. NASA also host an annual National Championship were the best of the best meet to duke it out for top honors at famous tracks such as Miller Motorsports Park (2009-2010) and Mid Ohio (2005-2008, 2011-2012). The location for the 2013 NASA Nationals is still TBD.
Other clubs may claim to be the “premier racing organization”. We feel confident that we put on the most organized and well run events in the state and simply choose to not self proclaim what kind of club we are. We simply let our membership speak on our behalf.

WHO MAY RACE?
This points series will be open ONLY to fully paid members of the Arizona Drag Racing Association. Dues must be paid up to date throughout the complete race series. Memberships may be acquired at ADRA Point Races or at regular ADRA meetings. See website main page for location and time of next meeting.
General Memberships cost $40.00 per year. Each racer must display the ADRA decal on both sides of the race vehicle (which may be taped to the inside of side windows) to qualify for points from each race. A membership card and the two decals are presented to each new member when dues are paid.
An Associate Membership costs $20.00 per year and applies to Associate Sponsors only. Series Sponsor and Race Sponsors are considered associate members for the season during their sponsorship.
Note: You do not need to be a member to race, however a $5.00 additional charge for non-members will apply.
