I think I bought mine from Corvette Central. I'll check when I get home. BTW, I cut off a large open ended wrench to reinstall it. It's tight up there.

Yep, that's where I bought mine. fits fine, but has a pigtail connector instead of the stock style.

A few things to be aware of when experiencing problems and before replacing the switch.
1. is the current switch in tight? I've seen them back out 1/4 turn and then fail to work.
2. Has the switch been removed and reinstalled? Did the steel ball bearing fall out? When you remove the switch there is a ball bearing that is in the hole that the switch goes in.
3. I've seen some switches that mount with a washer. If the switch becomes warn and intermittent chances are the plunger is not going in far enough. Remove the washer and reinstall the switch.

Thanks for the info. The one in the vehicle was removed and inspected and it ohms open with the plunger ball depressed as far as you can push it in. So I would say its no good. I will go with the corvette central one no biggie on swapping the pigtail. Thanks again.
