Seems there has been a lot of discussion with pros and cons on coating headers. Do we the zroners like it and or recommend it?

I recommend headers to be coated. I have seen stainless steel headers after a couple of years of use and they do turn grungy looking. If not for heat retention resulting in hp gain, at the very least do it for cosmetic reason. For $350, at least for me, it's a money well spent considering typical 2 person 6hr (total of about 12 hours) work for installation. I prefer not to do it over.

Those headers are ceramic coated? Not what I expected. Thanks Scrrem, I think you just made up my mind.
