Remove Plenum and injector housings, attach plate on back side of passenger head. Front is the two bolt bosses over by the AC compressor.

if you mean by "plate", to be the kind that attaches to the intake manifold on a carb motor, then you wont want that.

You can run a bolt into the pass head rear, theres a hole there, cant recall what size but its substantial enough to do the job. and up front on the drivers size you'll see two holes to the outside of the ac compressor. You can use either one to run a bolt into and attach the other end of the chan sling to the rear bolt.

Its easier to pull the plenum first, but not necessary. Just get the wiper motor off and the inner cover of the HVAC box. also, dont try to get the tranny out with the motor, and also unbolt the headers. It always took me about 8 hours. I've done it 5 times now (mistakes and redos), but it seems 8 hours in and 8 hours out is about right. I'm not saying that's true for everyone, so please hold your fire
