Need some advice--planning to drive up from Norfolk. Doesn't seem like a good idea. Thoughts?

Forecasting stinks around here, so best to wait until 11n and make a final decision I'll call the racetrack in a few hours and see what they say ![]() David |

At past events, there was no rain date. It was either on, or cancelled (in which case they refunded early registrations). I would guess that's the same this time.
I did send an email to the person handling the registration, but haven't heard back. My guess though is no rain date. |

I've heard back: No rain date. If it is bad weather, that's it.

My two cents, anyone who was planning on driving a distance (like >50 miles), I would not plan on this happening. The forecast looks pretty grim.
Sunday should be nice, but Mason-Dixon has no test/tune on 10/30. 75-80 is closed for the season, and Sumerduck doesn't have a test/tune on 10/30 either. So I think the weekend will likely be a no-go. I would propose we hit Mason-Dixon in two weeks during a test and tune instead: http://www.zr1.net/forum/showthread.php?t=15938 |

This has been officially canceled. I can't believe we're gonna get snow in October! They've actually been salting the roads here today.
