I know of 3 runners, born in FBI land, and I believe Marc H. was about to begin on another, a month or two ago - status and whether open or closed deck is unknown.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe Frank's 441 is an open deck jewel - a Marc Haibeck creation, whereas Al and Kevin's 441s are closed-deck conversions based on an AES reworked LT5 short block design, as is Bob G's 427. P.
