Re: Mecum Frenzy
These rears are extra meaty and will be great. You almost have to have a cunstomized license plate that says MEATY or GRIP or something like that.

Re: Mecum Frenzy
As for the cars, it's an auction. Doesn't matter how clean or dirty something is, if they know what the car is, they will bid what they want to pay (not that overall condition isn't important). The market is still down, even for specialty cars. One of four, it doesn't matter.
Good cars still going for cheap.

Re: Mecum Frenzy
Comment was not aimed at you , just the general market and buying situation right now. Those car's are gem's. And yes it's tough to tell a diamond in the rough. But they are LPE car's , and the fact that they were represented poorly. Showed in the sale price.
It's very tough seeing these milestones going down the crappa.

Re: Mecum Frenzy
I agree that you can get more $$$ when a car was properly detailed.
However at the same time, if its just basic stuff and I know the car will clean up 100% with a detail then it would not affect my price that much maybe $500. I think its simply the economy. |
