Default Factory weatherstrip, where and who?

So, GM have all weatherstrips discontinued now, who is the best place to buy aftermarket seals and such. I know ebay has them a dime a dozen, but looking for top grade stuff.

I've been searching a number of sites on the web. They list the parts, but not having placed an order yet, I can't be sure if they really have it in stock. I am just price checking at this point, and prices are all over the map. I also noticed that when I search the part number, IE 10268887 for the windshield piece, they always ask which GM model car you have. I wonder if all the GM makes use the same part number, or why else would they ask if the part was for a Chevy or a Buick or a Cadillac, etc. I also wonder if this is why I got the wrong part from you Limey?

Ok, being doing all kinds of digging around and such, seems ecklers - Corvette Central - MAD and ebay sellers for the most part all sell the same China seals. There is a co. called Corevtte-rubber.com that sell and manufacture their own. I'm going to order some up and check out the quality and fitment, hopefully they are as good if not better than the GM ones, which are excellent quality, just not available anymore.

Carl, you want me to send you one of these if they are good quality?

Kurt, I'm going to the Bahamas for a few weeks. Let me call you when I get back around the end of May and talk about what you think of the product by then. I may want the windshield, halo, and hatch pieces, depending on the prices.

I am still checking around, just to see who CLAIMS they have some of this left. Places like this: http://www.newgmparts.com/partlocato...&siteid=213815

I'll get a set on the way and give opinions and such.

3 Weeks in the Bahamas sure sounds nice.

I got a rear hatch seal from Lone Star Car Parts off Ebay, seems to be good quality, don't know about other seals.

I have the lonestar hatch piece and had the A and B pillars, they were too hard IMHO

I have Melrose pieces now and I am fairly happy with them now that I have the windows adjusted
