Southeast Region
The registry forum and solutions section has done a tremendous amount for the average owner. I wish we would have had this for the last 10 years I have been around these cars. The connectivity and camaraderie is great. I am not a pretentious person but I would like the newly formed southeast folks to post in this thread initially to see if there is any interest in getting together. There are several groups that join on a routine basis. We are spread out a little more. The Panhandle of Florida is a great tourist destination but not a performance mecca. We do have the standard dyno and several great road trip areas, awesome food, great scenery and some wonderful military aviation museums. Here?s a template:
Name: Year of ZR-1: Color of ZR-1 (Exterior/Interior): Modifications (Current and/or Planned): Next ZR-1 info: Location: Other Cars: Miscellaneous: Also, please list in the miscellaneous area if you are interested in getting together in person outside of the May gathering or SGC event in November. Tampa is about a six hour drive. Are you flying into Tampa or driving? Was hoping for a little better response here. I'm going to put together a dyno day and a few fun events at my place. I also have a buddy that autocrosses in Tampa and Dothan. Maybe someone in B'ham has some insight into Barber Motorsports Park. Anyone up for a "Spring Break" ZR-1 trip to Destin? Ted |

Re: Southeast Region
Twist my arm...I wouldn't mind driving down to Destin for spring break.
I've been wanting to get my Z on the dyno, but don't really want to drive to FL just for that. May go ahead and hit up one of the local shops here in AL. -Jordan |
