Got my engine back, AND had good company and food

The wife and I took a little trip to Des Plaines yesterday to pick my motor up from Pete. he did a top notch job of getting it all together for me, and went a few steps further than he had to. Pete made time for us, and even headed to dinner with us.

I had purchased a LSx when time started becoming an issue to put into my gto, but now tht I have my engine, a trans and almost everything else needed I think I am going to move forward with the build.

Good luck. I'm waiting to see the GTO with a motor, not plastic under the hood. I got a few more spare parts if needed.

I might stop by your bar tonight, it's Ryans B-Day. Everyone is headed North East tomorrow, not sure when we will all be back. It's Md, Nj, Pa, Va then on to Dallas followed by Colorado. I am already packed through November and they keep throwing more on. I have already added 55 people to the payroll, and have to grab another 30-35 just to meet current schedule.

I already spend enough money at your place Keith, and I will be back there tonight with a few people. One of my guys came in from Ca to help out in the ne so he will be there with us.
