Lee, here is my thinking.
If rubber is cheaper by 50% then i would not mind rubber,i figure if the stock stuff held up 10-15 years these should last at least half that. If the price for silicone will be a few dollars then silicone. Either way i will need a set or 2 or 3 or 4 or ?? depending on price and if we need to order x amount to get r done. Let me know. Pete

I am going to send them an entire OEM kit.......
Is everyone happy with SAMCO or should I just go after the odd stuff.....F tube, F tube top, Breather hoses, etc.

Kurt has a "buy" going now for the PCV hoses. Why not get prices for all of the other different hoses other than those?? Just my thoughts.....

Because not everybody likes the look of the Samco stuff. If thats all thats out there, then so be it but if there are options I wont buy the Samco stuff. If Samco made a hose set that looked like OEM Id buy a set.If the hose set in the works looks OEM then Id like to buy a set providing they arent insane price wise, not workin but I need to get a set of hoses soon.

I don't have an immediate need for any hoses, but you can count me in as a buyer. I'll add them to my ever growing stash of spare parts.

Rubber - with stock markings. Samco silicone hoses are just wrong ...

Here is my input. I would choose the original construction material.
I don't like the look of the Samco hoses on a ZR-1. The radiator inlet hose looks stretched to me (which it is because I had to stretch it to get it on there). ![]() And I don't like the brand name stamped on the hoses. I would be in for 2 sets if they look original. Jim |

They will be using the originals to make the reproductions......they make silicon for Audi, VW, Subaru, etc.
I will see if they can do rubber OEM also
