Manual says to use dialectric grease but a while back was looking at that and there really weren't any heat sink references to it in it's description even though it must work.
Dow corning 340 is used on planes and it gave a good heat sink properties with the heat sink rates so I went with that since the ignition mod aren't cheap and hard to get now. After one summer it was not drying out, been on there longer now but it' s running too good to take apart to check. The Radio shack heat sink is probably easier to find though and cheaper.
