Just had my Z out, had SES which went out after about 20 minutes. When I got back home I put a code reader on it and it came up with a Code 55, Lean Fuel Monitor error. I tried to clear it and it would not let me. After two attempts I decided to see if there were any codes, reader said no codes. Question is do I need to be concerned about the code 55? Hope some one has some info.

55 is a fuel lean monitor. Which will either be a bad fuel pump, relay or ground/connection. Check your fuel pressure while driving. Code 55 is also only set when engaging the secondary system.

OK, I will do that. So when the secondary system engages and fuel pressure is not there, it will give a Code 55? Would it be the grounds for fuel pump? Thanks.
