Default Tail light bubble covers...smoked or red????

Kind of a tech/cosmetic question? I have had the black out tail light covers on my z since I've had it and I just purchased some red covers that are the same thing....just red..lol!

I'm kinda liking the new red ones, but every one I've asked(kids, wife, neighbor) still like the blacked out units!!!

So I took a few pics to see what some of you guys think?!?!

Blacked out on the left....red out on the right.

A side shot.

A pic with out the bubble cover and with to see the depth they add to the rear lights! After install they add about 5/8" to the light.

So what do you guys think?

Nice looking car!! Love that Quasar Blue!!

With the tinted windows, I like the dark tail light covers better.

Since The ZR-1's always win the race and they stop on a dime ---

I vote stock red for best visibility --

So the looser does not stuff it up your azz cuz he did not see you on the hooks hard b4 the road ends.

Even on my Black Z I would not use for those reasons--

now on a NCRS trailer show queen Well yep then I would
