No longer a lurker
Been hanging out for a long time but never felt that I had much to contribute. Decided to go ahead & officially join, especially since I met so many of you last week at the Gathering (what a blast!)
as for my "handle" .... started using "tuband" on the Corvette forum as well as a couple of other forums so I figured it would be easier to continue using it. It's a combination of two words, tuba and band, since I have been playing the tuba (mostly in bands) since 1955. And yes, I've wanted to have a Corvette since about the same time. I'm currently semi-retired and have two Vettes, my 90 ZR-1 black/black which I drove to BG last week and my 94 LT1 dark metallic red coupe. Both can be seen at www.zr-1.us George Jones |

gordon's school was alot of fun and the gathering was one of the best yet!!
