There was a guy in Canada that was repopping labels. Looks like his handy work.

That would be me and no they are not mine. I have reproduced the PF970C labels yes and I am in the process of reproducing the original 90-91 labels. I have talked to people at the factory as well as a friend that purchased a new 94 and my understanding is that the PF970C is correct for 92-95 cars. When the new NCRS manual comes out we will know for sure.

We need some input from Ted Dempsey on this. Ted has owned many low mile 95 ZR-1's and he sent me a picture of a PF970 during our discussions about the filter. I may be assuming incorrectly, but I took it that the photo Ted sent to me was of a filter from one of his 95's. I'll contact Ted and confirm.

NCRS is still in the process of researching the 92~94 MY's. Even then, it may be very difficult to determine with absolute certainty which filter came on every 92~93 MY that went out the back door, especially if GM was transitioning to the PF970C after the 91 MY.

Jerry,

The picture is indeed the original from a '95.

Yep! "Replacements" being the key word here. The originals were PF970, not PF970C, as those on eBay are.

If anyone finds any PF970 ORIGINAL filters, I'm your buyer!
