Tire Size
Hello everyone, looking to replace the tires (front & back) on my 91 ZR1. I am looking at Michelin Pilot Sport. I was thinking of 275/40/17 instead of the 285/40/17 and leaving the rear 315/35/17. As I understand Michelin are not producing the 285/40/17. Is there anything wrong with this size (275/40/17)? Has anyone else tried this combination before or run into this problem.

Re: Tire Size
275 and 315 are the stock sizes. No issues.
Michelin only makes the AS4 in these sizes. Great tire for everyday street but wouldn?t use them for extensive spirited driving and definitely not for track. PS2 are available in 335 width. Often on back order though. Search multiple sources. |

Re: Tire Size
I have the PS2s on my 91, very happy with them and the slightly larger rears look better on the car. Got them from Costco.
